While the majority of our clients are NOT wishing for snow, we are always training and preparing for any snow event that may happen.
We use specialized software that tracks our crews on sites, captures before and after photos, tracks current conditions, and shares maps of each site with our snow captains.
We have a 24/7 Storm Center Communication hub with all of our clients. We post pre and post ice/snow notifications and our clients have constant communication with us as to crews on sites/status of sites/expectations of storms.
We utilize a dedicated Weather forecasting company with certified snow fall totals, ice accumulation, and re-freeze warnings by zip code
Our Snow Captains (and their teams) have dedicated Routes so the same snow captain will always be on the same sites, knowing the specifics of the site and any issues prone to those sites
We have dedicated equipment for each site, specific to job needs alongside dedicated sidewalk crews with specialized equipment for larger sites as needed
